As such, getting in and out has the potential to be a bit of a chaotic experience unless you know what you’re doing – we’re here to help steer you in the right direction! There are dozens of entry-points and transport options you can choose from, but we always advise planning ahead to make sure you get the very most out of your time in this lovely corner of Austria.     About Soelden

    The season at Soelden tends to last for a very long time, which is great for anyone with the flexibility to look for the cheapest flights and transfer prices of all. Snow is guaranteed for pretty much the whole season so you can’t lose. As far as the runs go, there are 35 pistes adding up to a total of 141km of downhill skiing, so chances are you’ll never run out of new runs to try. 33 ski lifts keep things moving fluidly and long-lines have been all-but eliminated from the equation. It’s a great place for intermediate skiers with a large concentration of red runs, but beginners and youngsters will also be well catered for with an abundance of gentler slopes and ski schools.

    Soelden is so close to Innsbruck Airport that it’s really easy to get in and out even if you’ve only got a day or two available. If time is on your side though, there are plenty of other airports around that offer great connections with Soelden with airport transfer services.     Public Transport to Soelden

    Soelden is pretty close to Innsbruck so there are plenty of public transport options at your disposal, but more often than not you’ll have to change once or twice and deal with plenty of stops along the way. It’s all very pretty and makes for some great exploration, but if you really want to get on the slopes as fast as possible, direct airport transfer services are the best.

    By bus or train, head to Innsbruck first and get yourself to Otztal – from there you’ll be able to get the regular shuttle bus through to Soelden.
