Is there public transport to Bruson?
Getting over to Bruson is a bit time-consuming. Coming from any place you have to go to Le Châble, where you can take the Bruson lift up to the mid-station in Bruson (no more buses!).
Below some viable options to explore:
- From Sion take the train to to Martigny then change to Le Châble. The journey takes about one and a half hours.
- By train from Geneva airport take the Simplon line to Martigny. Then take the Martigny-Le Châble line. The journey takes about two and a half hours.
- If you are coming from Berne, you will have to change in Lausanne and take the Simplon line from there. It can take up to four hours to get to Bruson.
- If you are coming from Zurich you have to take train via Visp to Martigny, then change to to Martigny-Le Châble line. The journey take about four hours.
