    Airport Transfers To Breuil-Cervinia

    Some Facts about Cervinia

Cervinia takes its name from the same name company, founded in 1934, that opened the first Breuil-Plan Maison cable car in 1936. Cervinia is a part of the Breuil-Cervinia Valtournenche Zermatt area – one of the largest mountain groups in the Alps. The group stretches through three valleys and has borders with two countries – Italy and Switzerland. It ascends from 1524 meters of Valtournenche up to 3883 meters of Piccolo Cervino. Cervinia is one of the world’s leading resorts with access to Europe’s highest lifts and a proud bearer of the best snow record in Italy. The village itself has plenty to offer for “apres-ski” activities including good food, pubs, shopping and clubs.

With 360 km of ski slopes you can ski all day long without ever repeating the same slope twice, alternating easier runs with increasing difficult ones. Constant visitors come back to Cervinia year after year attracted by spectacular Alpine scenery and kilometers of easy cruising on the sunny side of the Matterhorn.
